CAD/CAM Materials
Sirona CAD/CAM system offers the widest range of milled materials in the market: Feldspathic ceramic, zirconium oxide, aluminium, lithium disilicate, acrylics and plastic.
With such a wide range of materials, the opportunities for applying them in your work are infinitive. Using these materials you will be able to fabricate individual crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, temporary frameworks of up to 6 elements and zirconium oxide frameworks of up to 14 elements.
No other system provides such freedom! Moreover, several internationally renowned manufacturers produce materials of the highest quality for Sirona system. With no obligation you may choose the one that suits you best.
Feldspathicceramics
3-level durability and translucency. Ensures highly-aesthetic restorations that combine colour and minimal polish.
LAVA™ Ultimate CAD/CAM Restorative
Ideal for crowns, onlays, inlays, veneers. Exceptional durability and polish retention. Nanotechnology provides a long lasting polish and less wear to the opposing enamel than glass ceramics.
Zirconium oxide mesostructures
Mesostructures for zirconium oxide abutments. Aesthetic and highly resistant to corrosion.
LithiumDisilicate
High resistance and effective aesthetics. 3-level translucency for the maximum flexibility.
Crowns, partial crowns, 3 to 4-unit bridges and implant superstructures.
Zirconium Oxide
Highly aesthetic anatomical bridges with no additional coating needed. 90 minute sintering in the HTC Speed furnace.
Zirconium Oxide for frameworks
Highly resistant and biocompatible zirconium. Frameworks of up to 10 elements. Excellent translucency and precision.
Aluminium
Highly resistant frameworks. Ideal translucency for 3-unit anterior bridges and crown covers.
Zirconium Oxide
A wide range of applications due to a great variety of materials. Safety in terms of chromium throughindividual staining. Excellent biocompatibility and aesthetics.
Temporaries
Combustion without waste. Fast alternative to traditional epoxy. Excellent for crowns and posterior bridges production using traditional moulding.
