Machining cell

Integrated directly into the inLab software, this application automatically positions several restorations within a single zirconium block. This method allows you to reduce your material costs and improve your capacity utilization, for example, performing milling operations overnight.

Manufacturing models

Using the inLab MC XL unit *, you can not only mill a broad range of restorations but also fabricate pin models. Your dental laboratory will cater for the entire digital production chain: importing and processing digital impressions (Sirona Connect), fabricate models and create high-quality CAD/CAM restorations. Finally, you can also scan digital impressions and then mill the models directly.

With the aid of the inLab software, you can design the data-based model , set the saw-cuts, pin holes and rotation. The model segments are milled out of a polyurethane block, using the inLab MC XL and then pinned to the model base. This method is particularly recommended for the quadrant models milling for single-tooth restorations and small bridges for lateral areas.
